How it works

Four steps, no accounts, no portals. Everything is confirmed in writing by email.

Request a quote. Email us the equipment, quantity, delivery address, dates and rental length. That’s all a quote needs.
We confirm. You receive the equipment configuration and rental terms in writing before anything is booked.
We deliver. Equipment arrives on the agreed date, ready to work: loaded, powered and cabled.
We support. Phone and email support for the full rental term, from Burlington, Ontario.

Rental terms

The terms that apply to every rental, in plain language.

Rental periods run week-to-week or month-to-month, weekends included. Extensions are arranged before the term ends.
Condition. Equipment is provided in good condition. Report any issue within 24 hours of receipt.
Damage, loss or theft during the rental is the customer’s responsibility; repair or replacement costs apply.
Limitation of liability. LaptopRentals.ca is not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from the equipment.

Common questions

What’s included with every rental?

Every unit ships with Windows 11 Pro freshly loaded, its AC adapter and the cables needed to be up and running. Monitors include a stand and video cable. Nothing else to arrange.

How long can I rent equipment for?

Rentals run week-to-week or month-to-month, starting from the delivery date, weekends included. Short event rentals and multi-month projects are both normal. Extensions are arranged before the term ends.

Do you deliver outside Ontario?

Yes. We deliver and support rentals anywhere in Canada, from our Burlington, Ontario base.

Can you load our software or configuration?

Units arrive with Windows 11 Pro freshly loaded. Custom images are quoted per order. Include the requirement with your quote request.

What happens if a unit fails during the rental?

Contact us. We support the equipment for the full rental term. Report any issue within 24 hours of receipt; after that, report problems as they come up and we’ll work through them with you.

Who is responsible for data on the machines?

You are. We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from the equipment. Back up anything important. Damage, loss or theft during the rental is the customer’s responsibility.

Can I buy equipment instead of renting?

How do I get a quote?

Email is preferred. Send your details (equipment, quantity, delivery address, dates and rental length) to info@laptoprentals.ca or call (905) 681-6628, Monday to Friday, 9 to 4.
